Zaid (zaidagency.com) is a studio that makes animated explainer and ad videos with voice-over.

What we collect

• WhatsApp messages: when you message our order number, we keep your WhatsApp name, number and the conversation, so we can follow your order and what we agreed.
• Files you send us (logo, script, images), to use in your video.
• Site visits: counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies and without identifying you.

How we use it

Only to deliver your order and talk to you about it. We never sell or share your data, and we send no marketing messages without your consent. We don't show your video in our portfolio unless you agree.

Where it is kept

Chats go through WhatsApp (Meta), and we keep a copy in our own work tools, protected by passwords and keys.

Interactive class websites (student data)

Sometimes we build an interactive website for a teacher's class. For student data on it:

• Only the student's first name is shown.
• The teacher approves every entry before it appears on the site.
• Entries and any drawings or recordings are kept only while the site is open, and are deleted when we close it at the end of the term.
• No ads, and we share nothing with anyone.
• The school or teacher can ask for deletion any time on WhatsApp.

Deleting your data

Ask us any time: send "delete my data" on WhatsApp or email [email protected]. We delete it within 7 days and confirm.
